We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Personalised orders. 

For non personalised items we will gladly accept returns. Simply request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return your item(s) to us - this must be in an unused condition, in original packaging, including outer shipping box.  If the product is not returned in the condition including packaging as it was sent in then an amount may be deducted from the refund to compensate for any losses caused. Buyer is responsible for cost of return postage. Please obtain proof of postage and use a recordable service. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of returned goods.

If an item arrives faulty. Please contact us immediately so we can arrange a return / exchanged. 

All items are dispatched from England. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class and International orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for internal.
Royal Mail estimated shipping time (after dispatch) are as follows
UK 1-2 business days
Europe 5-7 business days
The rest of the world 7-10 business days 

These times are estimated and can not be guaranteed and
International delivery can take a lot longer. 
**International buyer please be aware that delivery can sometimes take longer due to delays in customs. These customs delays are beyond our control therefore Royal Mail international orders cannot be classed as 'lost' until 25 business days have passed from estimated delivery date** Therefore on the rare occasion that an item is delay we cannot do anything until after this date has passed.

Royal mail 1st class and international standard DO NOT offer tracking information. If you would like your order to be tracked please purchase the shipping upgrade at the checkout. If unavailable please contact me and i will set one up for you.
