The back plate comes in a choice of colours. Please select from the primary colour box. ( Colours can been seen in photos )
Street name can be in black, white, silver or gold vinyl. ( these are gloss and not mirrored ) Please select from the drop down box.
Please leave your door number with the street name and font style number ( see photo for selection ) for the street name in the personalisation box.
If no number is left for the font style Then font will be in the style shown in 1st photo.

The paw print can be made in a choice of colours.
Colour can be chosen from selection shown in 'vinyl colours' chart ( last photo )
and selected from vinyl colour box. ( If no colour is left for the paw print then sign will be sent out with black paw prints )

Our house signs come pre drilled for easy installation.The protective film over the mirrored numbers needs to be peeled off once installed.Our door plaques are weather proof.Please be aware due to different screen resolutions colours may slightly vary.

For non personalised items we will gladly accept returns. Simply request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return your item(s) to us - this must be in an unused condition, in original packaging, including outer shipping box. If the product is not returned in the condition including packaging as it was sent in then an amount may be deducted from the refund to compensate for any losses caused. Buyer is responsible for cost of return postage. Please obtain proof of postage and use a recordable service. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of returned goods.

All items are dispatched from England. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class and International orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for internal.
