Shipping policies

Most lot of our items are handmade to order and personalised - So require different processing times.

Average times are as stated below:-

- Fairy doors take 3 to 5 working days

- Fairy door accessories 3-5 working days 

- Pencils  3-5 working days

- Vinyl decals are 3-5 working days.

- Sashes 3-5 working days

- Party products 3-5 working days

These times will increase by to 2 additional working days during busy times of the year such as  Christmas, new year, and Easter.

Once dispatched  delivery time will depend on shipping service selected.

Most orders UK will be dispatched via Royal Mail - first class and have an estimated arrival time of 2- 3 working days - this service can take up to 12 working days.

Second class -  estimated arrival time of 3-4 working days - this service can take up to 14 working days.

EU orders estimated arrival time of 5-7 working days- this service can take up  to 27 working days. The rest of the world orders estimated arrival time of 7-10 working days - this service can take up to 35 working days.  

For international purchases we can not be held responsible for delays caused by customs - incidents  - 'Acts of god' ALL of which are out of our control. Nor are we responsible for any charges incurred during shipping. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE!
Import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Any incurred costs are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend that you check with your country's customs policies before making your purchase. ​

All non arrivals must be reported within 40 working days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Personalised orders. 

For non personalised items we will gladly accept returns. Simply request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return your item(s) to us - this must be in an unused condition, in original packaging, including outer shipping box.  If the product is not returned in the condition including packaging as it was sent in then an amount may be deducted from the refund to compensate for any losses caused. Buyer is responsible for cost of return postage. Please obtain proof of postage and use a recordable service. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of returned goods.

If an item arrives faulty. Please contact us immediately so we can arrange a return / exchanged.
