This door comes with a personalised sign post, and the added optiong of a string of bunting in pastel blue polka dot ( select from drop down box ). A tiny bee and lady bug are included for you to use as you wish.

Please leave a clear note with your order stating the exact wording you require.
Signpost can read (for example) 'Freesia's Fairy' or ' Freesia's Fairies' or 'Freesia's Elf' or you could give your fairy a name like 'Sugar-Plum Fairy'

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Personalised orders.

For non personalised items we will gladly accept returns. Simply request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return your item(s) to us - this must be in an unused condition, in original packaging, including outer shipping box. If the product is not returned in the condition including packaging as it was sent in then an amount may be deducted from the refund to compensate for any losses caused. Buyer is responsible for cost of return postage. Please obtain proof of postage and use a recordable service. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of returned goods.

If an item arrives faulty. Please contact us immediately so we can arrange a return / exchanged.
All items are dispatched from England. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class and International orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for internal.
